Abstract: This is a case report, without any prior published descriptions found, of a patient with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease also affected by patellar osteochondritis dissecans. In addition to the observation of the case, a bibliographic research was carried out in journals and reference articles, in order to understand the correlation between the pathologies. The main objective is to describe the initial care, the diagnosis, the procedures adopted, the surgical treatment performed and the subsequent outpatient follow-up, presenting the clinical, functional and radiographic results after the surgical treatment with a mini-fragment metallic screw, performed in the publicly funded health care system, also kown as Unified Health System (SUS), in Federal District.
