Abstract: In view of the world context established by the World Health Organization (WHO) characterized as Pandemic due to the new Coronavirus, COVID-19, it is questioned how the psychologist in practice in Palliative Care can contribute, in view of the restriction of physical contact and the rigid measures that involve health prevention. The report addresses the experience lived in Palliative Care during the Multiprofessional Residency Program, in a new model that is the active search via electronic medical record; in which the current demand is analyzed and care practices are performed. The objective of this study was to approach the experiences of Psychology professionals at a reference hospital for combat of COVID-19 in Brasília -DF and the psychologists of the Multiprofessional Residency in Health, in the care provided to family members, assisted by Palliative Care. Through the teleservice project to family members, this team helped to minimize the impact experienced by them, in the absence of face-to-face care. This project has been favoring the reduction of the emotional gap between families and patients, families and the health team and among their own family members.
