Methods: this is a cross-sectional descriptive observational study, by means of secondary data and quantitative nature. Results: the levels of health care obtained an increase in notification rates, with emphasis on secondary care. However, only the mandatory and unconditional fields of the notification form showed an excellent degree of incompleteness, with the exception of the field Motivation. Among the selected variables Gender Identity stands out with the highest incompleteness rates. Conclusions: it was observed that the increase in violence notification rates was not accompanied by the quality of filling out the non-obligatory fields, a condition that impacts network-aligned comprehensive care.
