Method: this is an integrative review of the literature, carried out from February to July 2024, with a search for studies in the PubMed and Lilacs databases, whose analysis corpus consisted of seven articles. Results: the research presented a series of obstacles that transsexuals need to face daily to survive and that directly interfere with the quality of their aging, these obstacles being characterized by precarious access to healthcare, prejudice, discrimination and abandonment. Conclusion: it was found that the aging conditions of trans people in Brazil are precarious due to extreme prejudice and the lack of social and Family support and that more studies need to be carried out in this area. Method: A methodological study that involved the planning and production of an educational resource. Self-care strategies were mapped through a scoping review in major scientific databases, and brainstorming was used to structure the infographic. Results: Canva was employed to integrate text, images, and animations, using a color palette that improves readability. The infographic covers foot self-care guidelines, including definitions and information on severity. The material was captioned to ensure accessibility, and the script was informally reviewed by experts to ensure the quality of the information. Conclusion: The study meets the demand for quality information on foot care for people with diabetes, promoting self- care practices and preventing complications. The infographic is an accessible and easy-to-understand tool for the target audience.
