Abstract: The Multiprofessional Health Residences (MHR) propose proactive, autonomous professional training with positive implementations in assistance. The Concept Map (CM) promotes meaningful learning by relating com-prehensive and selective concepts, facilitating the hierarchical sequencing of content, and offering appropriate stimuli. Therefore, the aim of this Systematic Review (SR) is to analyze whether the MC promotes meaningful learning in the RMS. Methodology: SR outlined with PRISMA P-2015, accepted in PROSPERO, structured with articles from the last 5 years, from the following databases: CINAHL, LILACS, EMBASE, Web Of Science, SCOPUS, PubMed/MEDLINE, SciELO, BVS, EPOC, EDUC@, Edubase, OECDEducation, ERIC, PSYCINFO and GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Results: there were 12 eligible articles, 75% observational, 80% favoring MC as a lear-ning strategy, 50% for reflection/critical thinking, and 67% conducted in higher education. The GRADE showed strong recommendation in 50% of the analyzed outcomes. Conclusion: the CM favors meaningful learning in health and the evaluative process, stimulating proactivity, autonomy, and critical thinking.

Autor(es): Zinato, Sarah Semíramis do Amara; Souza, Cristiane Chaves de; Silva, José Victor Soares da; Salgado, Patrícia de Oliveira; Ribeiro, Cristiano Valério; Sá, Flávia Batista Barbosa de
Abstract: Objective: to assess the constructs of “satisfaction” and “self-confidence” in nursing and medical students who experenced simulated clinical experiences. Methods: a cross-sectional study was conducted in november 2018 with 43 students from the medicine and nursing courses of a Brazilian federal public university. The simulated activity was a multiple-victim incidente involving a collision between a bus and a passenger vehicle. The constructs of “satisfaction” and “self-confidence” were evaluated at the endof the simulated activity using the “Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence Scale in Lerning”. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS version 23.0 program. Results: among the participants, the majority were female (27-62.7%), with a mean age of 23.32 years for medicine students and 23.38 years for nursing students. The median for both courses was the eighth semester. There was no difference in the profile of study participants between medicine and nursing students (p&gt;0.05). Overall, the students reported higher levels of “satisfaction” than ‘self-confidence” with the simulated activity, and there was a strong positive correlation between the constructs and the simulated activity. There was no correlation between the students’ course semester and their levels of satisfaction and self-confidence (p&gt;0.05). Conclusions: the simulated activity generated more satisfaction than self-confidence in the students. Higher levels of satisfaction were associated with higher levels of self-confidence in learning.

<title>ChatGPT na medicina do século XXI: avanços, desafios éticos e limitações inerentes</title>

<description>Título: ChatGPT na medicina do século XXI: avanços, desafios éticos e limitações inerentes
Autor(es): Kuvshinchikov, Vladimir; Sasaki, Thiago de Sousa
Abstract: The third decade of the 21st century highlights technological advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), notably with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, a tool based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) on an unprecedented scale. ChatGPT finds ap-plications across various sectors, including medicine, where it can assist in discussing clinical cases and suggesting differential diagnoses, as well as providing translations, definitions, and personalized guidance, among other potential applications. However, there are limitations, including internet data bias and the inability to fully comprehend content. The tool may also generate incorrect responses and be sensitive to question formulation, in addition to lacking knowledge updates beyond 2021. Importantly, eth-ical and security considerations are crucial, as AI trainers can review conversations, necessitating the assurance of medical data confidentiality. While ChatGPT holds revolutionary potential in medicine, its implementation requires human supervision, ethical considerations, and attention to its inherent limitations.

<title>Análise do conhecimento dos residentes sobre cuidados paliativos em um hospital pediátrico de referência</title>
      <link>https://repositoriobce.fepecs.edu.br/handle/123456789/1010</link>
<description>Título: Análise do conhecimento dos residentes sobre cuidados paliativos em um hospital pediátrico de referência
Autor(es): Ribeiro, Isabella Vieira Quetz; Leite, Mônica Ferreira
Abstract: Introduction: although the concept of palliative care is already well established in the literature, what is observed in practice is that health professionals seem to lack full knowledge and confidence in managing these patients, attributing this to the lack of continuing education and training. Objective: to identify the level of information of medical residents and the multidisciplinary team about pediatric palliative care at the Hospital Materno Infantil de Brasília Dr. Antônio Lisboa. Methodology:a descriptive, cross-sectional study with an analytical component was carried out, with data collection through a questionnaire. Residents from pediatrics, neonatology, intensive care and residents from the multidisciplinary team participated in the study. Data analysis was carried out using the Microsoft Excel 2013 Office program, using statistical analysis. Results: 109 questionnaires were analyzed, answered by 110 eligible residents. It was evident that the majority of questions were answered correctly (70%), with an average correct answer percentage of 56%. Discussion: Specific medical training in palliative care in Brazil only began in 2010, with the topic of palliative care being addressed in a non-continuous, non-mandatory manner and in disciplines linked to the topic of death, pain or related to the area of oncology only, not appearing in the curriculum of medical schools, creating a deficiency in this topic in the educational process of these professionals. Conclusion: the study showed a good level of knowledge on the part of residents, but there is still a need for improvement in this area, showing the importance of continued education both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
