Abstract: Objective: To identify in the literature the type of method most used for thromboprophylaxis in neurosurgery. Methods: For the elaboration of this research were used scientific articles, available in the databases Pubmed/MEDLINE, LILACS and SciELO, published between 2010 and 2019. Results:For the discussion of the results, 08articles were selected using the inclusion criteria pre-established.In the majority of studies associate more than one tromboprofilático method, is the use of compressive stockings, Intermittent pneumatic compression, low molecular weight heparin, unfractionated heparin or oral anticoagulants, however the pharmacological methods are not yet totally safe to use, because, as emphasized in the speeches of the studies shown here, the cases of pharmacological prophylaxis must be evaluated individually. Conclusion: More investigations are necessary to evaluate which is the safest method to beused in neurosurgery.

<description>Título: Grupo de saúde mental com servidores de uma UBS do Distrito Federal: relato de experiência
Autor(es): Andrade, Camila Emerenciano Berrondo Menezes de; Moura, Monique Guerreiro de
Abstract: This text aims to make an experience report of a resident of psychology from the Federal District in the participant conduct of a mental health group with employees of a UBS. The infection by COVID-19 started in December 2019, and a pandemic state was declared in March 2020. With the spread of cases in the Federal District, the importance of creating a mental health support group for public health professionals was verified. The group was composed only of women, on a weekly basis, lasting one hour. It was noticed that the main themes addressed by the participants were: social distance from family members and significant people; being a health professional during a pandemic; main feelings of health professionals related to the pandemic; mutual support from UBS professionals. It can be seen that from the participants 'report and from the residents' experience, the group's development in the mental health care of these professionals was of great importance. It was possible to offer a space for listening, welcoming, and reflection for the participants. It is important that strategies like this and others are adopted in the mental health care of health professionals.

Autor(es): Oliveira, Daniela Sousa de; Firmo, Alan Cristian; Bezerra, Iony Cunha; Leite, José Helder Campos
Abstract: The pandemic demands immediate responses from the authorities, so that lines of care can be drawn and, thus, react to the confrontations and, thus, develop strategies that may guide the interventions.Social isolation has caused several types of problems related to the mental health of the population and health workers. The objective of this study is to verify the information provided by authorities about mental health and COVID-19. We opted for reviewing narrative in databases, official websites of Brazilian states and research portals. The results express attempts to align the norms with the recommendations on mental health care in the WHO pandemic period. Note the variety of devices for the dissemination and use of information notes to health professionals and managers. Few states were concerned with an active psychosocial network, specifically in the sense of proposing improvements. It is considered the importance of instructing SUS managers, workersand users, in order to develop strategies to face COVID-19 that allows popular participation in decision making.

<title>Avaliação do risco cardiovascular e da severidade da doença renal em pacientes em hemodiálise</title>
      <link>https://repositoriobce.fepecs.edu.br/handle/123456789/1306</link>
<description>Título: Avaliação do risco cardiovascular e da severidade da doença renal em pacientes em hemodiálise
Autor(es): Fonseca, Paloma Lopes; Freire, Lucyana Bertoso de Vasconcelos
Abstract: Objective: to analyze cardiovascular risk (CVR) and the severity of kidney disease in hemodialysis (HD) patients. Methods: an investigative, cross-sectional and quantitative study with a sample of 54 patients on HD. The Framingham Risk Score (ERF) was used to calculate the CVR and the Kidney Disease Severity Index (ISDR). Results: the data pointed to medium and high RCV (61.10%) according to the ERF. The most prevalent risk factors for ERF were systemic arterial hypertension, physical inactivity and high sodium consumption. According to the ISDR, 81.48% of patients with high and medium risk of severity of CKD were identified. The most evident variables in the ISDR were the decrease in visual acuity and access to dialysis. There was a statistical association between ERF and high sodium consumption and between ERF and ISDR. Conclusion: Medium and high cardiovascular risk and medium and high risk of kidney disease severity were prevalent in HD renal patients in the study. Priority should be given to multidisciplinary care, by surveying strategies to minimize risks and promote adherence to treatment, in order to improve the survival and quality of life of this population.
