| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Objetivo: Descrever a adesão ao preenchimento do checklist de cirurgia segura e seus respectivos itens pelos profissionais de enfermagem no centro cirúrgico deum hospital público no DF. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de avaliação que visa subsidiar a tomada de decisão para melhoria da assistência prestada ao paciente cirúrgico. Resultados: Mostraram a adesão de 253,5 de um total de 270 pontos, atribuídos 10 pontos a cada item da checagem da Matriz de julgamento. A demarcação da lateralidade do sítio cirúrgico checado no Sing out, foi considerada de menor relevância pelos entrevistados, sendo essa uma atribuição do cirurgião. Conclusão: O sucesso da adesão do checklist no Perioperatório pode ser atribuído às intervenções educacionais de sensibilização contínuas, palestras e educação continuada sobre o tema. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To describe the adherence to the completion of the safe surgery checklist and its respective items by nursing professionals in the operating room of a public hospital in the DF. Method: This is an evaluation study that aims to support decision-making to improve the care provided to surgical patients. Results: Showed the adhesion of 253.5 out of a total of 270 points, 10points attributed to each item in the Judgment Matrix check. The demarcation of the laterality of thesurgical site, checked in the Sing out, was considered of less errelevance by thein terviewees, thisbeing the surgeon'sattribution. Conclusion: The successful adherence to the Perioperative checklist can be attributed to on going education alawareness interventions, lecture sand continuing education on the subject. |
