| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Objetivo: evidenciar as novas estratégias de avaliação e manejo perioperatório, ressaltando estratificações de risco presentes na literatura. Método: revisão literária, com busca dos estudos nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF e recentes diretrizes publicadas, nos idiomas inglês e português que abordassem o tema de estudo. Resultados: Grande número de pacientes são encaminhados para a cirurgia sem avaliação integralizada, esse estudo trouxe algumas das estratificações de risco de alta complexidade, mas baixa densidade, viabilizando sua execução. Conclusão: Por meio deste estudo foi possível observar o quanto a aplicação das estratificações de risco aumentam a segurança e aperfeiçoam a assistência perioperatória. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To demonstrate the new strategies of evaluation and perioperative management, highlighting some of the stratification of risk present in the literature. Method: a review of the literature, with pursuit of studies in the LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF and recent guidelines published, in english and portuguese that addressed the theme of study. Results: A large number of patients are referred for surgery without comprehensive evaluation, this study brought some of the risk stratifications of high complexity, but low density, enabling its execution. Conclusion: Through this study it was possible to observe how the application of risk stratifications increases safety and improves perioperative assistance. |
