| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de uma residente nutricionista do Programa de residência em Saúde da Família e Comunidade em um nível de gestão de Saúde no contexto de pandemia. Método: Relato de experiência. Informações coletadas em fontes oficiais e registros da vivência da autora. Resultados: A vivência no cenário propiciou: elaboração de documentos técnicos, criação do plano emergencial da APS, visitas institucionais, criação da Câmara Técnica do Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família -NASF e reuniões de equipe. Conclusões: Visualização das ferramentas de gestão que são utilizadas no serviço e o desenvolvimento de novas habilidades, principalmente no que tange ao escopo da integralidade do profissional de saúde. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To report an experience of a nutritionist resident of the Residency Program in Family and Community Health at a Health Management Level in the context of a pandemic.Method: experience report.Information collected from official sources and records of the author's experience.Results: The experience in the scenario provided: Preparation of technical documents, creation of the PHC emergency plan, institutional visits, creation of the Technical Chamber of the Expanded Family Health Nucleus -NASF and team meetings.ConclusionS: Visualization of the management tools that are used in the service and the development of new skills, especially regarding the scope of the health professional's integrality. |
